The order was divided into 2 stages:
The first stage includes:
- marking of the works area in accordance with the approved traffic organization design submitted by the Employer
- felling trees 20 cm below the roadside level,
- trunk milling,
- securing and marking felled trees and branches until the logs and branches are removed, and the road strip is cleared.
Stage II includes:
- removal of logs, branches and carps from the road lane,
- cleaning the road strip after felling trees,
- purchase of harvested wood from the Employer in accordance with the appraiser's valuation.
The Contractor is obliged to complete Stage I first, and after completion to proceed with Stage II. The Employer requires that the felling of trees takes place comprehensively under one road, only after all the trees planned for felling under one road are cut, the Contractor may proceed to felling on the next road.

4. Each of the Contractors bears full responsibility for the consequences of the lack of or wrong recognition of the terms of the contract and place of service. In order to inspect the stand intended for felling and trunks for milling, the Ordering Party attaches to the Terms of Reference a quantity plan containing the location of the trees.
5. The Contractor is obliged to purchase wood from logging.
Approximate - estimated amount of harvested wood:
- wood - 234.10 m
- branches - 240.39 m3
6. The valuation of the actual size and value of the wood obtained will be made by an expert appraiser at the request and cost of the Employer during the service.
7. Employer pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point XXVII SIWZ regarding the performance of the contract -
a) 3 saws
b) 2 employees to manage traffic during the contract
c) 1 driver - a person authorized to drive a truck over 3.5 T or a tractor with a set of trailers,
d) 1 person with valid qualifications to work at heights.
