There is a need to hire barrack modules that will be used as premises for advance voting in this year's municipal council election. The barracks will be placed in central locations in Oslo. As of January, a decision has been made to place barracks at 25 locations, but the number can be changed. The exact number of barrack modules we would like to hire will be known by March 2019.

The city council secretariat would like to hire complete barracks with a defined content. The barracks must be ready fitted out and ready for use when the advance voting starts on Monday 12 August. The advance voting ends on Friday 6 September. We would like to hire the barracks from 1.8.2019 up to and including 15.9.2019.

The election committee in Oslo will decide on the locations and opening hours of the advance voting. Out of consideration to the election and confidence in the election, it is very important that all of the advance voting locations are always open during the hours they are supposed to be open.
