1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery, assembly and integration of equipment for the Operating Block for the task entitled "Modernization and reconstruction of the operating block together with the Central Sterilization Unit of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie and purchase of the necessary equipment and medical equipment", i.e. in the scope of the Operating Room Integration System with the necessary equipment, in accordance with Annex 1 to the specification. The terms of quality guarantee and service are attached as Annex 1.1 to the specification.

Integrated operating room system with dedicated medical equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ Technical Specification. The offered subject of the contract must be brand new, admitted to trading, free from physical and legal defects and meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
