General planning and monitoring services for the renovation and expansion of the sports function building on the grounds of the Otto Franke Stadium in Wildau by approx. 460 m² of usable space for the realization of the space program of the users.

The award procedure includes the awarding of the general planning and monitoring services with the service profiles

- Buildings and interiors according to HOAI § 34 (object planning)

- Outdoor facilities according to HOAI §§ 39

- Structural engineering according to HOAI § 51

- Technical equipment according to HOAI § 55

- Fire protection planning in accordance with the fire protection profile AHO Series No. 17, December 2022

- Specialist planning and consulting services

- Thermal insulation and energy balancing according to Annex 1 No. 1.2, No. 1.2.3 to the HOAI

- Building acoustics and room acoustics according to Annex 1 No. 1.2, No. 1.2.4 and 1.2.5 HOAI

for the renovation and expansion of the sports function building on the grounds of the Otto Franke Stadium in Wildau by approx. 460 m² of usable space to realize the space program of the users.

The use by club sports (e.g. SG Phönix Wildau) as well as school and university sports must be guaranteed at all times on the site, among other things, by setting up containers during the entire measure. The interim solution is part of the general planning and monitoring service.

The measure, including planning services, is funded by the State Office for Building and Transport in accordance with the Guideline of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Planning for the Promotion of Urban Renewal Measures Urban Development Funding Directive - StBauFR 2021) of 20 September 2021 (OJ/21, [No. 40S], p.792-2).

Planning objective Construction costs including outdoor facilities (excluding KG 600 and 700): EUR 2,320,000.00 gross.

Planning goal Completion of the functional building: early 2026.
