The Open Netherlands Foundation helps to reopen social life in THE NETHERLANDS with the platform Testing for Access, by organizing a rural, fine-meshed and accessible network of locations where people without complaints can get tested on COVID-19. The Open Netherlands Foundation facilitates that process from appointment to test proof. It is the ambition to take 400,000 tests every day.
The government determines each time which social activities and events are allowed to open again. This depends on the test policy, the roadmap, how many infections are currently present and how many people have been vaccinated. The government also determines how the available test capacity is then distributed.
