The city of Cloppenburg operates a municipal sewage treatment plant with a high proportion of industrial dischargers (in total approx. 190,000 PE) and was recently upgraded to the current state of the art in the course of the extensive 6th expansion measure.
Due to age, the structural and technical facilities for sludge digestion (digester I, 4,000 m³ usable volume for anaerobic stabilization, digester II, 4,000 m³ usable volume, shut down > 30 years) are obsolete and must be renewed.
On the basis of a preliminary engineering investigation for the replacement of the sludge digestion, the site specifications have already been worked out and various variants discussed (see Appendix 1).
On the basis of the available documents, the planning process for the replacement of the sludge digestion plant is to be started and accompanied until the final implementation of the measure. Extensive engineering services for object planning (civil engineering structures and traffic facilities) as well as for specialist planning (structural design and technical equipment) will be tendered on the basis of the HOAI 2021.
The services required for clearing the construction site are put out to tender separately and awarded to a specialist planner for building demolition.
The commissioning of the various services takes place in stages. The following calls are planned:
Service package 1: up to and including LP 3 for object planning and specialist planning
Service package 2: LP 4 for object planning and specialist planning
Service package 3: LP 5 to LP 7 for object planning and specialist planning
