Description:
ENERGIEPRESTATIEDIENSTEN KorHa - KatOBA

With this placement procedure, the VEB as the Contracting Authority wishes to designate an ESCO (definition in Appendix 1) for the Client as a Contractor that guarantees the savings on the energy bill of the Project Infrastructure by increasing efficiency and implementing creative and high-quality measures. To guarantee this, the maintenance of the high-quality measures and selected technical installations is also part of the Assignment.

The Client is thus looking for a method to reduce the energy bill of the Project Infrastructure.

The financial impact of the energy saving measures selected by the Contractor and the associated maintenance invoice must be limited. The Client requires the Contractor to approximate the existing maintenance budget for technical installations; this by achieving cost savings by centralizing the existing maintenance contracts. By centralizing these maintenance contracts, any higher maintenance requirements and related costs can be compensated.

The performances to be delivered consist of at least:

• The reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions by studying, implementing, commissioning and following up energy-saving measures, consisting of efficient and creative interventions and/or installations, whereby cost savings are guaranteed during the entire term of the OEPC contract; and

• Carrying out management, maintenance and Total Guarantee for the installations as they will be stated in the OEPC contract; and;

• Improving or at least maintaining the current level of comfort for the users of the Project Infrastructure; and

• Providing and reporting monitoring of energy and maintenance performance and maintenance; and

• Providing a Required Option for the Total Guarantee with reserve fund of Other Elements.

• Drawing up the measurement statements of the retained energy-saving measures with a view to submitting the applications for AGIOn subsidies by the Client
