The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the ToR), including locations and description of the electricity consumption points and the contract template (Annex 4 to the ToR) together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney), which are an integral part of this ToR.

This order does not include electricity distribution services.
