The subject of the contract is the purchase of materials necessary for the construction of fire access No. 35 in forestry Stara Rika and Orli Manor, located in the municipality of Osie divided into the following parts: part I and part II are described in the SWZ.

Specific requirements:

Concrete with minimum strength class C20/25 according to PN-EN 206-1, steel used for reinforcement should meet the requirements of PN-ISO 6935-1:1998, PN-ISO 6935-1/Ak:1998, PN-ISO 6935-2:1998, PN-ISO 6935-2, reinforcement of multi-hole plates should be made according to individual documentation technical manufacturer, the thickness of the cover of the main reinforcing bars should be 30±5mm, external appearance according to PN-EN 1339, deviations from nominal dimensions: length ±5 mm, width ± 5mm, thickness ±5 mm, water absorption ≤ 5%, frost resistance F150, abrasion resistance 18,000-5 000 (mm 3/mm2).

Delivery together with unloading to indicated places on the territory of the Axes Forest District will be staggered over time. The first delivery of 2880 plates is to be delivered and unloaded within 3 weeks from the date of signing the contract. Second delivery in the amount of 2880 plates after 4 weeks after the previous delivery. Third delivery in the amount of 2880 plates after another 4 weeks after the previous delivery. Last delivery of 2720 plates after another 4 weeks after the previous delivery.

Concrete crushed stone 0-63 mm — 1 300 t

Specific requirements:

Crushed concrete, crushed stone, for the purpose of hardening forest roads, fractions 0-63 mm. The supplied material must not contain metal elements, glass or other elements that pose a danger to pedestrian and pedestrian traffic.
