A step contract is concluded for service phases 2-9 according to the appendix to §6. The first stage ends with the service phase 4. The special services include in particular:

- incorporation of the stipulations of the BNB coordinator,

- Creation of escape and rescue plans,

- drawing up fire service plans,

- Transfer of planning and cost data into the digital survey forms acc. Section K6 RLBau,

- monitoring of the elimination of defects after the limitation period,

- Creation of inventory plans taking into account the BFR GB inventory,

- Collection and compilation of alphanumeric inventory data.

A feasibility study was carried out prior to the measure.

Certification silver according to the BNB system can be achieved for the finished object.

A necessary coordinator is commissioned by AGs.

An office building with a gross floor area of approx 2 be built in timber construction using a service description with a service program. According to the feasibility study prepared in advance, the costs for the cost group 300 + 400 are approx. EUR 9.24 million gross.

The completion of performance level 1 is scheduled for the end of February 2021.
