The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, and the following specialist works: preparation of soil for renewal with mechanical equipment, planting with a planter, tractor spraying, mechanical crop care, work performed with mechanical equipment in fire protection and maintaining this equipment in availability, provision of observer services at 1 fire observation site, shredding of felling residues, to be performed in 6 forests of the Babimost Forest District in 2023.
Provision of forest management services in the area of forestry: Bolewiny - 01, Dąbrówka - 02, Smardzewo - 06The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood in the Bolewina forestry, Dąbrówka, Smardzewo.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Provision of forest management services in the area of forestry: Laski - 03, Chwalim - 04, Wąchabno - 05The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood in the area of Laski forests, Praise, Wąchabno.
