The object of the procurement is the acquisition of a data monitoring and collection platform (hereinafter also referred to as the "platform") as a turnkey solution for the National Cyber Security Centre of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom (hereinafter also "KTK"). For a more detailed description of the object of the contract, see Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.

The data monitoring and collection platform to be procured must be available for KTK to deploy without a separate development project. The platform to be acquired will be used at KTK especially in compiling threat intelligence and in forming a national and especially international situational picture related to cyber security.
