The framework agreement with a maximum is made in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will be allocated to a single economic operator. The framework agreement will give rise to the issuance of order forms, notified by the contracting authority as and when required. Its purpose is to acquire printed, sound, audiovisual and non-school documents for the Ecume network located in Saint-Maurice-l'Exil (38550). The documents are in French and are marketed through the traditional circuit of bookstores and digital documents. The overall duration foreseen for the performance of all the services is 48 months. The performance of the services will take place from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2024.

Acquisition of comics for adults, adolescents and children, including manga and comics. An office should also be proposed.

Acquisition of adult books, fictions, documentaries and beautiful books which by return of publisher or other can be sold new.

Acquisition of CDs, musical or non-musical, covering the entire production: classical, jazz, French and foreign songs, CDs for children, film music.

Acquisition of DVDs of fiction, documentaries, music, theater, for the public sectors.
