The object of the tender concerns the integral (architectural, mechanical and electrical) implementation work. Optionally, maintenance work for a period of two years after completion of KC at Oosterplas is included, which may be extended to ten years.

The new building has an area of approximately 3 800 m2 GFA (primary school, daycare, playgroup and out-of-school care, double gymnasium on the first floor).
