The subject matter is the commissioning of the planning, organization and realization of events around the topic of new construction in the form of a framework agreement, through which services can be called up if necessary. These are basically 2 different event formats:

A) Classic building festivals such as ground-breaking ceremonies, laying of foundation stones and topping-out ceremonies

B) Press and information events on our construction projects.

The aim is to present current and future construction projects of the WBM Group to partners, stakeholders and political actors, but also to the public. For this purpose, we are looking for creative and professional agencies with several years of experience in the field of event management for the strategic support and operational implementation of the events. We value transparent communication and a way of working under the aspect of sustainability. Next sh. Point II.2.4

Supplement to Point II.1.4

The maximum quantity that can be called up from this Framework Agreement amounts to a total of EUR 400 000 net over a maximum contract term of 4 years.
