The Police Shared Services (PFT) in Norway, hereafter called the contracting authority, will, together with the police in Finland, Sweden, and Iceland, enter into framework agreements for the procurement of binoculars and spot binoculars/telescope binoculars, also including service, accessories, and related equipment, spare parts, and the necessary training. Separate framework agreements will be entered into for PFT on behalf of the participating pubic entities in Norway, and separate framework agreements for the police in each of the other participating countries.
