Description:
Framework contracts for services of the planning of the technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI 2013 regarding renovation measures as well as renovations and extensions of residential buildings in the urban area of Berlin.

We are looking for several framework contract partners for the provision of planning services for technical equipment in connection with renovation measures for residential buildings of Gewobag Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft Berlin and its subsidiaries. The scope of services of the framework agreements includes the provision of basic services, according to service phases 1-9 of the HOAI.

Lot 1

Gewobag Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft Berlin as well as its subsidiaries and companies in which Gewobag Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft Berlin holds an indirect or direct majority shareholder are, as municipal housing associations, obliged to create affordable housing at short notice and to acquire the properties they already own to farm. In fulfilling the tasks incumbent on them, there is a considerable need to procure architectural and engineering services. The client intends to call up the absolute majority of the planning of the technical equipment in the future via framework agreements. These framework agreements are tendered with the local procurement procedure.

During the term of the present framework agreement, the clients intend to carry out renovations and renovations and extensions of the properties to be managed. The services of the planning services required for the respective individual orders for the technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI are the subject of the tendered framework contract. The frequency and project volume of the individual planning calls cannot be estimated, as they are based on the respective requirements during the contract period. The planning of the technical equipment includes the provision of basic services, according to service phases 1-9 of the HOAI. The client reserves the right to place orders in stages.

In order to give small and medium-sized companies in particular the opportunity to participate, the procurement requirement is divided into 4 lots. The first lot contains orders with an estimated order value of up to net, the second lot contains orders with an estimated order value of more than 50,000 EUR net and less than 100,000.00 EUR net, the third lot contains orders with an estimated order value of 100,000 EUR net to 200,000 EUR net and the fourth lot comprises orders with a pre-estimated order value of more than 200,000.00 EUR. For lots 1 and 2 a maximum of 50, for lot 3 a maximum of 30 and for lot 4 a maximum of 20 framework contract partners.

The respective individual calls within the individual lots are made in accordance with the conditions of the framework contract. For this purpose, the framework contract includes the sample of a specific property contract for the execution of architectural and engineering services, which is designed specifically for the respective project.
