Valleys to Coast Housing Ltd are seeking to issue a contract for a material supply and delivery service for a period of 4 years with the option to extend for a further 3 x 1 year periods.

The contract will be split into 2 lots:

Lot 1: General Building, Plumbing and Heating;

Lot 2: Electrical.

It is anticipated that a maximum of 1 supplier will be awarded a contract for each lot.

Lots will be evaluated and awarded on an individual basis. No supplier will be awarded more than 1 lot. Therefore, V2C expects tender submissions for Lots 1 or 2 exclusively and will not accept submissions for both lots.
