Region Jämtland Härjedalen intends to procure a meeting room for the meetings of the Regional Council. The regional council consists of 55 members from the entire county and meets on at least four (4) occasions per year, two (2) consecutive days. The regional council meets 8 - 13 days a year. The meetings are open to the public and take place during the day. The meetings are webcasted and technicians filming and editing the meetings are included in this procurement.

The contract period is 4 years with the possibility for Region Jämtland Härjedalen to extend by up to 36 months. Bookings of meetings take place in June of the year before they are held and then Region Jämtland Härjedalen shall have priority to the desired dates. The meetings are usually held in February, April, June, October and November annually. There are special requirements for furniture and group rooms.
