The three-storey new office building will be built at the site of the former Becker steelworks in the west of the municipality of Willich.

The office building has a size of approximately 3500 m2 GFA R (EC 2nd floor).

The work must be carried out on all floors in all rooms except the sanitary ware and cleaning room.
