Performing as an independent expert:

• the annual accounts audit (from 2023), consisting of interim and end-of-year audit, on the consolidated financial statements of Nova College, resulting in a management letter and an auditor's report from which the auditor's report follows.

• the funding check resulting in the Assurance report.

• a number of separate audits to be determined for which the Nova College must make an unqualified statement available to the central government (ministries) and other subsidy providers. (on demand).

• the natural advisory function in the extension of the audit and funding checks.

The size of the assignment is estimated at approximately € 180,000 per year (including VAT). That amount is also the available budget. No rights can be derived from this amount.
