It is assumed that the bidders/groups of bidders make use of the services of Deutsche Post AG in the context of letter transport in accordance with § 11 (1) in conjunction with § 28 (1) PostG. This is expressly permitted, but not mandatory. Bidders/consortium may also provide all partial services in full themselves or have them provided by subcontractors. If the bidder/consortium makes use of partial services of Deutsche Post AG, the GTC of Deutsche Post AG shall apply in this respect. In the event of a contract being concluded, the contractor must submit the partial service contracts.
