The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of renewable energy sources in the Municipality of Głowno.

The subject of the contract is divided into 3 parts:

Part 1 of the order: Delivery, installation and commissioning of 15 biomass boilers,

Part 2 of the order: Delivery, installation and commissioning of 13 solar collectors,

Lot 3 Orders: Delivery, installation and commissioning of 97 photovoltaic installations.

The scope of the contract for lot 1 shall include:

1. Development of the Order Execution Plan, the scope of which has been defined

in Chapter V of the PFU.

2. Delivery, installation and commissioning of 15 biomass boilers, with the minimum parameters specified in Chapter XX of the PFU, in locations specified

in Annex 1 to the PFU, items 1 to 15.

3. Preparation of as-built documentation, the scope of which has been defined

in Chapter XVI of the PFU.

4. Provision of warranty service for all installed installations for a period of not less than 60 months (in accordance with the Contractor's offer) from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol.

5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The scope of the contract for lot 2 shall include:

1. Development of the Order Execution Plan, the scope of which has been defined

in Chapter V of the PFU.

2. Delivery, installation and commissioning of 13 solar collectors, with the minimum parameters specified in Chapter XXI of the PFU, in locations specified in Annex 1 to the PFU, items 16 to 28.

3. Preparation of as-built documentation, the scope of which has been defined

in Chapter XVI of the PFU.

4. Provision of warranty service for all installed installations for a period of not less than 60 months (in accordance with the Contractor's offer) from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol.

5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The scope of the contract within the scope of lot 3 shall include:

1. Development of the Order Execution Plan, the scope of which has been defined

in Chapter V of the PFU.

2. Delivery, installation and commissioning of 97 photovoltaic installations with the minimum parameters specified in Chapter XXII of the PFU, in locations specified in Annex 1 to the PFU, items 29 to 125;

3. Preparation of as-built documentation, the scope of which has been defined

in Chapter XVI of the PFU;

4. Effective notification of installed PV Installations for connection to the power grid;

5. Provision of warranty service for all installed installations for a period of not less than 60 months (in accordance with the Contractor's offer) from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol.

6. The Ordering Party requires that the Photovoltaic Panels and Inverters delivered as part of the order are covered by the warranty of their manufacturers, in the following scope:

a) Module manufacturer's warranty against hidden defects of modules: min. 20 years,

b) Inverter manufacturer's warranty against hidden defects of the product - minimum 10 years,

c) Warranty for supporting structures - minimum 10-year corrosion resistance.

7. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.
