The Contracting Authority invites tenders to this request for tenders ("RFT") from economic operators ("Supplier" or "Suppliers"). The goal of this tender is to raise awareness on the challenges presented in the International Declaration on Transnational Organized Crime in the Global Fishing Industry (Copenhagen Declaration) by visualization in different types of media. The final product will be used to raising a wide awareness about the challenges with fisheries crime internationally and contribute to showing how the Blue Justice Initiative and the Copenhagen Declaration contributes to solving the challenges. An important part of the delivery is a high quality movie production on fisheries crime for an international audience of at least 45 minutes.

The product(s) should be delivered by 2,5 years from the signing of the contract.

The value of the contract is estimated to NOK 1 285 000 including VAT or other duties applicable. The above estimated contract value is not binding for the Contracting Authority
