Lot 1 — Heating/Ventilation/Plumbing/Electrical — Performance Phase 1-9
The individual projects are usually commissioned in the following project stages or partial services from them:
1st stage: HOAI performance phase 1-7 as well as prorated basic and special services
2nd stage: service phase 8 of HOAI as well as prorated basic and special services,
Stage 3: Service phase 9 of the HOAI as well as prorated basic and special services (including monitoring the remediation of defects within the statute of limitations).
Additional services:
— Involvement in modernization announcement and billing.
Within the framework of the construction plan valid in the current calendar year, individual house engineering systems, such as heating stations, pressure holding systems, water heating systems, heating systems, sanitary strands, ventilation and air conditioning systems, electrical installations (e.g. riser tracks, house alarm and bell systems, lighting systems) are available on a variety of to service buildings (with different types of use). The repair work must be carried out including all ancillary work (for continuous renovation including restoration of kitchen/bathroom areas).
Heating/ventilation/plumbing/electrical:
40 individual construction measures are assumed per construction year.
The selection of the framework contract partners (number 4-5) is based on the fee offer.
The distribution of the individual projects after the award of the contract to the framework contracting parties takes place, if possible, evenly among all framework contracting parties with the emergence of the respective need.
The contractor must be able to process multiple projects in parallel because work on multiple projects can start at the same time during the contract period.
The response time from the retrieval of services to the start of planning has to take place within 14 days.

2nd stage: service phase 8 of HOAI as well as prorated basic and special services,
Stage 3: Service phase 9 of the HOAI as well as prorated basic and special services (including monitoring the remediation of defects within the statute of limitations).
Additional services:
— participation in modernization announcement and billing,
— Creation of a risk assessment per lift according to BetrSichV.
As part of the construction plan valid in the current calendar year, individual building engineering systems, such as elevators (complete renovation/part renovation/new construction), must be rehabilitated on a large number of buildings (with different types of use). The repair work must be carried out including all ancillary work.
