This contract aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply, assembly and commissioning of distribution boards intended in particular for the distribution of the 11 KV and low voltage power supply (750 V DC for trams) in the electrical substations of the STIB network.

This contract is divided into two (2) lots:

- lot 1: supply, assembly and commissioning of 11 kV electrical distribution boards;

- lot 2: supply, assembly and commissioning of low-voltage distribution switchboards.

This contract may also include other supplies or services necessary for the maintenance, renewal and / or extension of the STIB infrastructures and network.

The framework agreement may be concluded with one or more successful bidders.

A successful tenderer may therefore be appointed for one or more lots.

The framework agreement will not, however, give any exclusivity to the successful tenderer or to the successful tenderers of the contract.

STIB also reserves the right to award only certain lots and possibly to decide that the other lots be the subject of a new contract or several new contracts.

Note that this contract (valid for each of the lots) does not exclude any additional services, such as in particular: study services, maintenance services, the supply of any spare parts or even formations.

The estimated amount mentioned in §II.1.5 and §II.2.6 of the contract notice is given only as an indication and does not in any way constitute a guarantee or a purchase commitment. This is an estimated amount established on the basis of a schedule of currently known works. This amount may vary downward or upward depending on the needs of STIB throughout the period of validity of any contract with the successful bidder (s).
