The client, the Waldklinik Jesteburg, is planning to expand the existing clinic building.
It is planned to build a three-storey new construction of a bed house, which adjoins the existing building.
The construction site is located in a steep sloping hillside. The new building will be buried in the grounds parallel to the slope. In order to reduce the necessary height of the building, the lowest floor is only partially exposed.
The north-south running structure receives a pitched roof, according to the existing buildings and is connected by a 3-storey connection construction with flat roof with the stock.
The measure also includes structurally necessary conversions in the immediately adjacent building parts of the existing building on the ground floor up to the 2nd floor as well as for the connection of the new building.
