The state capital Potsdam and the development agency Potsdam GmbH as their trustees as well as the Netzgesellschaft Potsdam GmbH and the Energie und Potsdam GmbH intend to develop the approximately 140 ha of former barracks site Krampnitz in several construction phases. In the 1st and 3rd construction phases, the redevelopment of the historic barracks area and a large part of the former technical area is planned. The construction phases are divided into several allocation units. The subject of this tender document is the procurement unit VE 06. It includes the laying of leeches for street lighting, a cable duct route and the installation of electrical energy supply systems. These include, in particular:
- civil engineering and empty pipe laying for the later development of street lighting
- civil engineering and installation of the cable duct system
- civil engineering and installation of electrical energy supply equipment
- The cables (NS, MS and FM) are provided on site
Individual dates result from the construction processes of the individual allocation units. These must be agreed and complied with after the contract has been awarded. A small-scale, section-by-section implementation is to be assumed, which requires parallel work in several sections (up to a maximum of 5 parallel sections must be taken into account).
The low-voltage, medium-voltage and telecommunications cables are provided on site.
