Services relating to the management of communication events of the companies of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane group
The procedure is aimed at entrusting the services relating to the management of communication events of the FS group companies, divided into the following 2 lots:
- Lot 1 - national and international events and fairs,
- lot 2 - local events and fairs and internal communication.
For each lot, 2 distinct framework agreements will be formalized with the first 2 best bidders, with the methods and amounts indicated in point II.2.4 below).
National and international events and fairs
A framework agreement will be concluded with the first successful tenderer of lot 1 with a duration of 36 months from the date of stipulation and a maximum total amount of EUR 3 500 000 excluding VAT.
A framework agreement will be concluded with the second winner of lot 1 with a duration of 36 months from the date of stipulation and a maximum total amount of EUR 2 500 000 excluding VAT.
The framework agreements will concern services relating to the management of events or fairs of primary importance for the FS group, with a national or international significance. In particular, as better regulated in the technical specifications, the following services will be carried out:
- design services,
- set-up services,
- audio-video services,
- graphics and printing services,
- catering services,
- various services.
The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option for the amount of both framework agreements, under the same agreements and conditions, with one or more unilateral acts, respectively for an additional maximum of EUR 1 300 000.00, excluding VAT (with the 1 or winner of lot 1) and EUR 900 000.00, excluding VAT (with 2 or winner of lot 1). The contracting authority also reserves the right to exercise the option of temporal extension of the framework agreements, before the natural expiry, for a maximum of further 12 months, under the same agreements and conditions, with one or more unilateral acts, in the event of whose maximum amount is not exhausted at their expiry. The aforementioned options, if exercised, will be communicated to the contractor by certified e-mail at least 10 days before the expiry of the framework agreement. The applicability of art. 106, paragraph 11, of Legislative Decree no. 50/16. Since this is a framework agreement, the amount relating to security charges will be quantified, upon the occurrence of the conditions, by the individual companies of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane group. In the event that there are not 2 best bidders for this lot, the contracting authority reserves the right to formalize a framework agreement only with the first best bidder for a value equal to the part of the share reserved for it. It should be noted that the successful tenderer will have nothing to claim in any capacity for the services not requested and consequently not rendered during the execution of the agreement itself, in the event that at the time of the expiry of the latter, it was not consumed The maximum amount of the same and whatever the amount of services requested so far.
Territorial and internal communication events and fairs
A framework agreement will be concluded with the first successful tenderer of lot 2 with a duration of 36 months from the date of stipulation and a maximum total amount of EUR 3 000 000 excluding VAT.
A framework agreement will be concluded with the second winner of lot 2 with a duration of 36 months from the date of stipulation and a maximum total amount of EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT.
The framework agreements will concern services relating to the management of territorial events or fairs, with a media impact mainly at a regional level. In particular, as better regulated in the technical specifications, the following services will be carried out:
- design services,
- set-up services,
- audio-video services,
- graphics and printing services,
- catering services,
- various services.
The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option for the amount of both framework agreements, under the same agreements and conditions, with one or more unilateral acts, respectively for an additional maximum of 1 000 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT (with the 1 or winner of lot 2) and EUR 800 000.00, excluding VAT (with 2 or winner of lot 2).
