1. The subject of the contract is "Modernization of EGiB databases in the municipality of Rychwał (2 cadastral units: Rychwał - 21 cadastral districts and Rychwał City - 1 cadastral district) including geodetic and cartographic works, including verification, carried out as part of a previous order, analysis digital data and documentation collected in PZGiK, geodetic measurements and cartographic studies related to improving the quality of the cadastral map and modernizing the database of records of land and buildings of EGiB, as part of the project entitled: "Strengthening the use of ICT in Konin County - Integration and harmonization of databases and sharing electronic public services ", co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2. Information Society, Measure 2.1. Development of electronic public services, Subdivision ting 2.1.1 Development of electronic public services.

2. The scope of work, which is the subject of the contract, includes two cadastral units of Rychwał Miasto and Rychwał rural area, concerns the implementation and adaptation of the existing EGiB database to the requirements of the specification of the conceptual model of the data register of land and buildings, constituting Annex 1 to Regulation. in the case of EGiB.

3. As part of the modernization of EGiB, work will be carried out in the field of data on:

1) land, including:

a) borders of registration precincts,

b) registration plots, including protocol determination of the boundaries,

c) arable land, in terms of their timeliness and markings, and ensuring compliance between the descriptive and geometrical part of the EGiB database,

2) buildings,

3) objects permanently related to buildings,

4) residential real estate,

5) owners of real estate and entities whose land is owned or managed by the State Treasury or local government units, as well as entities that, on the basis of independent ownership, own land for which, due to the lack of the land and mortgage register, a collection of documents or other documents, determine their owners.
