• 1 x science labs 88.6 m2,

• 1 x prep area 38.5 m2,

• 2 x SET rooms 15 m2 each,

• student toilets 22.5 m2,

• locker space 25 m2.

Total floor area 329 m2.

Total floor area including circulation and internal partitions: 421 m2.

Section B:

• 2 classroom SEN base 524.4 m2.

Giving a gross floor area section A and section B (including staircases, circulation and partitions of 1 066 m2).

And also external areas:

• secure hard and soft play area 200 m2,

• sensory garden 100 m2,

• 6 parking spaces.
