The city of Donauwörth intends to convert a former printing house building into a city archive, a two-storey industrial building built in the 1970s in reinforced concrete/masonry, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the former monastery Heilig Kreuz.

According to the present cost estimate, costs of approx. € 3.9 million gross (KG 300-700) are assumed. It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this call for tenders:

Project planning for buildings and interiors, service phases 1 to 9 according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI.

For the renovation and conversion, the services of the object planning of buildings and interiors are to be awarded in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI.

The services are ordered in stages.

Initially, in the 1st commissioning stage, the service phases 1 to 4 (basic determination, preliminary design, design and approval planning) are commissioned in accordance with § 34 HOAI. Work phases 5-9 are called up in stages. There is no legal entitlement to an overall order.
