The Harmonization of Applications and National Real Estate Processes 'HARP' program at the RVB aims to achieve an integrated process and application landscape for the RVB. The “Real Estate Conservation” project within this program has led to the conclusion that automated support is required for the relevant processes. It is not possible to find solutions within the current contracts for software packages with IT suppliers and the current agreements will expire in the short term. That is why tendering for a software package and associated services for development, implementation and management appears to be legally necessary.
