Conclusion of framework agreements with one or more companies for the procurement of licenses, software maintenance and services of various unified endpoint management solutions for the institutes and institutions of the Max Planck Society (MPG) and its associated institutions.
The framework agreements cover the following services:
a) Acquisition of licenses (permanent and temporary provision) and software maintenance
b) Consolidate any existing licenses and contracts in the MPG
c) Services (consulting, training,...) related to the products offered

The framework agreements cover the following services:

The estimated order value per framework agreement is between €250,000 and €500,000 per product.
The maximum order value per framework agreement is €750,000.
The maximum contract period is 48 months and consists of a basic period of 24 months and an option term of up to two times a further 12 months.
