The contract has as its object the supply of electricity, domestic production and / or import, administered by a producer or a suitable wholesaler, for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 against a contract stipulated on the free market pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 79 of 16 March 1999, for an indicatively presumed total of 40,907 MWh /year with certificates of Guarantee of Origin – production from renewable sources.

The presumed amount of electricity supply (EE GO – production from renewable sources), subject to a reduction, is equal to Euro 22,522,676.27 in addition to VAT - corresponding only to the energy component, including losses, excluding ancillary and system charges and taxes - based on the PRESUMED GME PUN Index for the year 2023 equal to € 550.58 / MWh.

The total amount allocated for the contract is presumed to be Euro 26,613,394.47 in addition to VAT (including energy component, ancillary and system charges).

The amount indicated above must be considered as the maximum expenditure amount.
