ALB FILS KLINIKEN GmbH is currently building the new Klinik am Eichert building at Eichertstraße 3 in 73035 Göppingen.

After commissioning of the new building, the dismantling of the old main hospital building in the immediate vicinity of the new building is to begin after a subsequent initial clearance.

The subject of this invitation to tender are services of planning/tendering and supervision of the clearance of the construction site. In this context, the contractor must also provide the building pollutant investigation including waste technical investigations as well as the noise/dust/vibration report.

After commissioning of the new building, the dismantling of the old main hospital building in the immediate vicinity of the new building can begin after a subsequent initial clearance.

The old main hospital building, which is to be dismantled, was built in 1971 and has a total of 11 upper floors and 3 basement floors with a total of approx. 300,000 m3 u.R.. At the end of the 1990s, asbestos removal was already carried out in parts of the building, leaving significant amounts of asbestos and other building pollutants in the building (see Appendix 1). According to the current state of knowledge, net costs of approx. EUR 10.5 million are expected for the upcoming dismantling (including clearance/gutting/pollutant remediation/disposal and backfilling of the existing basement floors).
