The contest concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the procurement of new storage infrastructure, as well as maintenance services for new storage infrastructure and the existing server, storage, and backup infrastructure. The contracting authority needs to establish a new operations platform that will run in parallel to the current central operations platform. The contracting authority's total need will be met through several different contests.

The contracting authority need to renew the NetApp based storage part of the operations platform when the existing equipment reaches its technical lifetime, and also so as to be able to expand the operations platform's capacities and functionality with further storage equipment. The framework agreement will cover these needs and replace the current framework agreement for storage equipment.

Furthermore, the contracting authority needs maintenance as specified.
