The object of the order is the care of high and low greenery on the historical estate of Boernerowo. A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1. The object of the order is the care of high and low greenery on the historical estate of Boernerowo.

Quality standards for the performance of works:

A. Linear:

1) removal of self-seams:

- Self-sealing should be done flush with the terrain. The action consists in the permanent removal of self-seeding along with the root neck, backfilling the pit with fertile soil, leveling and clutching the surface,

— the use of herbicides is not permitted.

By self-embedded, the Ordering Party understands the neglected thickets of various tree species, which constitute a new generation of seed trees falling onto the soil from the parent trees.

The Ordering Party specifies in the range of 0—19 cm, the projected surface of self-seams for removal is 150 ar;

2) removal of tree regrowth — removal of regrowth from root and trunk to trunk height 1.5 m.

Through root regrowth, the Ordering Party understands shoots growing on the roots or lower part of the trunk of woody plants.

It is not allowed to:

— carrying out work during night silence hours, i.e. from 22.00 to 6.00,

— entry of tractors into the green belts covered by the contract (prohibition of destruction of the fleece and litter layer),

— using tractors with a total weight of more than 1,600 kg.

For felling of regrowth and self-seeds/trees, the use of:

— combustion saw

— subchairs

— hand tools for cutting;

3) removal of trees — felling does not include trees on which the removal of an administrative decision is required, in accordance with Article 83.1 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on the Conservation of Nature, i.e.:

For sanitary felling, trees that are sick, withering or damaged, attacked by decay and deformed because they do not grow properly.

Healthy trees with a circumference of 31—50 cm and small natural value are qualified for technical felling.

The number of trees with a circumference of 20—30 cm provided for removal of the Ordering Party shall be determined by 700 pcs.

The number of trees with a circumference of 31—50 cm provided for removal of the Ordering Party shall be determined by 300 pcs.

The number of trees with a circumference of 51—80 cm (mainly ash clones) envisaged for removal of the Ordering Party is determined by 50 pcs.

The circumference of the trunk measured at an height of 130 cm.

Attention:

— removal of trees will occur, subject to compliance with the regulations of the Minister of the Environment:

• of 16 December 2016 on the protection of animal species (OJ 2016, item 2183, as amended),

• of 9 October 2014 on the conservation of fungi species (Journal of Laws 2014, item 1408),

• of 9 October 2014 on plant species protection (OJ 2014, item 1409).

Any occurrence of a potentially protected species has to be reported in writing to the Contracting Authority during the conduct of work.

The Ordering Party shall mark in the field the trees provided for removal and indicate them during introduction.

Method and order of execution of the work:

1. truncation of the tree — the possible work of the jack should be taken into account;

2. removal of wood and branches, export and disposal;

3. cleaning the area around the tree (swapping the pavement or grinding the lawn with fine chips and twigs).

For the disposal of branches and bushes, there is an opportunity to use a manfish.

In order to take care of biodiversity on the territory covered by the contract, the Contracting Party provides for the possibility of leaving part of the charm and will determine the quantity, manner and form of leaving (coarse, wood chips) of the material obtained from the felling of the tree/self-seeding and indicate at the place of the order their arrangement, splashing. The intended quantity of material obtained from the felling of trees/self-seams shall be determined by the Ordering Party at 1/3 obtained during the felling.

4. All work performed under the contract shall be entered in the table of Annex 5 to the contract:

4) Carp milling — applies to acacia robinia with circuits ranging from 20 cm to 50 cm and ash maple with circuits of 20 cm to 80 cm.

Carp milling involves:

— manual excavation of the carp to a depth of 20 cm below the ground surface, milling the carp 30 cm below the ground surface (...). cd. in section II.2.14
