The following maintenance activities are included in the GVO:
Maintenance of building-related installations, in particular air treatment;
Architectural components such as revitalization floor finishing, replacing ceilings and adjusting reception;
Replaced BMI/AOI;
Customize / extend access control;
Replacing lighting to LED lighting;
Fire safety;
Refresh / adjust data installation.
The Client is looking for a contractor who can carry out the structural, installation, security, technical and fire safety measures to maintain the building until the major renovation (in 10 years).
TU/e is building the campus of the future with the Campus 2030 Real Estate Strategy. TU/e buildings must be designed in such a way that the campus becomes an attractive hotspot with state-of-the-art facilities for students, researchers, entrepreneurs, investors and companies. To achieve this, various projects have been defined.
Helix building of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry with a size of 30,000 m2 GFA. The Campus 2030 real estate strategy stipulates that Helix will be renovated after 2030. The plans for renovation, but also the exact year in which it will take place are not yet known. In order to guarantee operational reliability and safety until the renovation, it is necessary to carry out major replacement maintenance (GVO) installations and structural components related to the building.
