this contract is of the PFI type (Services - package - profit-sharing). It includes:. P2 services (of a flat-rate type), defined in Article 1.2 of the CCTP, namely: - management, operation and supervision of installations; - on-call for troubleshooting; - systematic preventive maintenance; - conditional and corrective preventive maintenance; - supply of consumables necessary for routine maintenance; - supply and replacement of spare parts; - and updating of technical information.. The P3 services (flat-rate type), defined in Article 1.2 of the CCTP, namely: - the total transparent guarantee with distribution of the balance at the end of the contract. Other services, such as maintenance and/or repair and/or compliance work, the amount of which is not included in the P2, nor in the P3 defined above, will be carried out by purchase orders according to the unit prices indicated in Annex 2 to the deed of commitment.
