As part of the Hightech Agenda Bavaria, Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences is to be expanded to include a technology park with laboratory and machine halls for research and teaching, as well as a student center with a canteen, digital learning center and student service. In addition, 169 parking spaces are to be built on the site. The U-building has a usable area of approx. 5,000 m2, the X-building a usable area of approx. 12,300 m2. For the planning and realisation of the buildings, timber construction or timber system construction with circulation and outdoor facilities is to be taken into account and the building certification according to BNB, awarded with gold, is to be proven and documented. In addition, the climate goals of the Free State of Bavaria are to be implemented in the long term. The measure is designed as a TU model in order to realize the deadline goals of the High-Tech Agenda Bavaria and to participate in the technical expertise, e.g. timber construction in system construction, rationalization in construction operations, innovation and cost efficiency.
The award of total contractor services is carried out on the basis of the functional specifications (tender document E - FLB together with annexes).
The scope of services of the general contractor includes all necessary planning and consulting services as well as general contractor services for the construction work, which are necessary for the turnkey construction of the buildings U-construction, X-construction and underground car park, including all outdoor facilities on the construction site. This does not include the planning and construction of the laboratory cleanrooms as well as a large part of the use-specific installations. The planning and construction measures are to be implemented using the BIM working method across all project phases.
