The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire mass of municipal waste generated, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, generated and collected

from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Radziejowice, regardless of weather conditions, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire mass of generated municipal waste, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, generated and collected

from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Radziejowice, regardless of weather conditions, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

2. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in Radziejowice Municipality from the following sołectw: Adamów-Wieś, Adamów-Parcel, Benenard, Buddy Józefowskie, Buddy Mszczonowskie, Chrobes, Kamionka, Kuranów, Kuklówka Radziejowicka, Kuklówka Zarzeczna, Korytów, Korytów A, Krze Duże, Krzyżówka, Nowe Buddy, Podlasie, Pieńki Towarzystwo, Radziejowice, Radziejowice-Parcel, Słabomierz, Stare Buddy Radziejowskie, Sartak Brzózki, Jealousy, Zboiska.

3. The subject of the contract shall include the collection, transport and transfer of received municipal waste to functioning municipal installations meeting the requirements of the relevant regulations.

4. Types and estimated amounts (Mg) of municipal waste collected from property owners in the period 01.01.-31.12.2023:

5. The estimated number of inhabited properties from which municipal waste will be collected in the Radziejowice Commune is: 2232. The Ordering Party stipulates that the list is drawn up on the basis of declarations submitted by the property owners and is for informational purposes only.

6. The area of the Radziejowice Commune is 7301 ha.

7. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to organize a promotional and information campaign.

8. Minimum requirements and guidelines for the preparation and implementation of a promotional and information campaign:

1) The Contractor will be obliged to develop, in consultation with the ordering party, an appropriate information brochure according to the requirements: Format: 3xDL U-division, folded to DL (99x210 mm), Paper and its weight: chalk flash from 170 g, Colors: 4+4, i.e. front and back in full color,

Intro: Creasing, Basic printing technique: digital, Design: text provided by the Ordering Party.

2) The information must concern at least encouraging the reduction of the amount of waste produced and the promotion of separate collection of waste in the municipality with instructions for proper segregation. The content of the information may be both provided by the contracting authority and proposed by the contractor.

3) The Contractor will be obliged to regularly provide the brochure to the owners of the properties from which the waste is collected, i.e. in odd months of providing the service.

4) The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the provision of an information brochure by the contractor.
