The purchasing system shall cover the requirement for assistance and consultancy for the development of e-training courses. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

— developing new E-training courses for the employees and the users,

— adaptation and maintenance of the existing E-training courses,

— E-training courses based on “scorm 1.2” which shall be provided through a communal digital learning platform at Difi. See https://laeringsplattformen.difi.no/

— E-training on other platforms.
