Subject of the contract: Management of the kitchens of the two CPAS rest homes

by Uccle “Home Brugmann” and “Neckersgat Estate”. The MR/MRS “Home

Brugmann” is a nursing home for the elderly MRPA and

an MRS Rest and Care Home with an approval for 124 beds with a

Maximum current presence on site of 76 residents, located at Avenue Egide Van

Ophem, 3 in 1180 Uccle. The MR/MRS “Domaine du Neckersgat” is a

Rest for the elderly MRPA and an MRS Rest and Care Home with

an approval for 95 beds currently all occupied, located on Avenue Achille Reisdorff,

36 to 1180 Uccle. This contract includes the catering service of

residents of both MRS/MRS, visitors and a number of the staff of

the rest home used during the night shift.

Item 1: Management of the collective kitchen including the provision and preparation (24/7) of meals for the benefit of residents and

incidentally visitors to the 'Home Brugmann' nursing home;

This contract includes all the services of a Chief Manager without the provision of services by staff of

bidder;

Item 2: Management of the collective kitchen including the provision and preparation (24/7) of meals for the benefit of residents and

incidentally visitors to the nursing home “Domaine du Neckersgat”.

This contract includes all the services of a Chief Manager without the provision of services by staff of

bidder;

Item 3: Miscellaneous expenses associated with the production of meals in both SRMs, including the routine maintenance of

two existing kitchens made available.
