The city of Hamm (client) is inviting tenders for the framework agreement on the cleaning service for the emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle in Hamm throughout Europe.

The emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle is designed and furnished for an occupancy of 550 residents.

The scope of services includes in particular:

- Personal presence, usually with at least three people (up to six people, depending on the degree of occupancy)

- Ensuring the flow of information between the client and the personnel deployed.

- Cleaning of the emergency shelter including all associated buildings and outdoor facilities in accordance with the cleaning and hygiene plan

- Documentation of all cleaning and hygiene work on an ongoing basis for inspection by the facility management at any time

- Cleaning of washing machines and tumble dryers according to the cleaning and hygiene schedule.

- Management of the stock of original equipment and stocking of the accommodation boxes.

- Management and documentation of stocks of cleaning materials, including timely reporting if the stock level falls below thresholds.

- Participation in service meetings at the facility.
