New construction of a youth centre in Berching, object planning building according to Part 3, Section 1 § 33ff. HOAI 2021, work phases 5-9.

The city of Berching intends to build a new youth centre in Berching.

The object of this award is the services for the object planning of buildings in accordance with Part 3, Section 1 § 33ff. HOAI 2021, work phases 5 to 9.

For building and fire protection reasons, operations in the current youth club will soon have to be discontinued. For this reason, the city of Berching wants to build a new youth club. A building is planned that combines a meeting place for young people and the music culture in Berching.

The object of this award is the services for the object planning of buildings in accordance with Part 3, Section 1 § 33ff. HOAI 2021, work phases 5 to 9.
