Home Care Support Framework

Award of contract for Home Care Support framework.

The framework consists of a provision within Redcar and Cleveland for Services to be provided to customers in their own homes who will be young people (16 years and over) and adults who have been assessed by the Council or the clinical Commissioning Group as being eligible to receive care and/or support.
