Ordered object:

"Revitalization of the municipal swimming pool in Elbląg"

The Contracting Authority informs that the task will be co-financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investments Program, edition 2.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of annulling the procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the revitalization of the municipal swimming pool and the construction of an open municipal swimming pool with the accompanying infrastructure at S. Moniuszki/Spacerowa Street.

2. The scope of the order includes:

a) execution of the necessary demolition of the surface and concrete basin of the degraded bathing area,

b) execution of swimming pool basins with water treatment technology, i.e.:

- a recreational basin with pool attractions and a zone of swimming lanes and a rushing river,

- paddling pool (water playground),

c) execution of a slide complex,

d) construction of buildings, i.e.:

- swimming pool and catering facilities,

- technical buildings,

e) construction of a complex of sports fields, including:

- 2 beach volleyball courts

- comet/volleyball courts,

f) construction of a playground for children,

g) construction of the beach with the necessary technical infrastructure,

h) extension of the existing car park,

i) construction of an access road,

j) construction of pedestrian routes, sidewalks, bicycle paths and grass surfaces,

(k) construction of networks, connections and installations:

-Electrical

- niskoprądowych,

-Sanitary

l) adapting the facility to the needs of people with disabilities,

m) delivery and installation of equipment,

n) execution of elements of small architecture,

o) land development,

p) preparation of operating and operating instructions: the facility, installations and devices related to the facility,

q) making an information board,

r) preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic documentation,

The detailed scope of works to be performed has been specified in the design documentation, replacement design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works developed by the company: ArchitekciPL Jerzy Hnat with its registered office in Gliwice (44-100), at Zwycięstwa 4/7 Street.

6. Statement of the Contractor on the actuality of the information contained in the statement referred to in Article 125 (1) of the Pzp Act as regards the grounds for exclusion from the proceedings indicated by the Contracting Authority referred to in:

a) Article 108(1)(3) of the PPL Act,

b) Article 108(1)(4) of the PPL Act, concerning the prohibition of applying for a public contract as a precautionary measure,

(c) Article 108 (1) (5) of the Pzp Act concerning the conclusion of an agreement with other Contractors to distort competition,

(d) Article 108 (1) point 6 of the Pzp Act,

(e) Article 109 (1) (1) of the Pzp Act regarding the breach of obligations relating to payment of taxes and local fees referred to in the Law of 12 January 1991 on taxes and local fees (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1170).

7) Information from the Central Register of Beneficial Owners, if separate regulations require entry in this register, drawn up not earlier than 3 months before its submission;

If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3) point 3, item 1), 3)-5) and 7) announcements - submits the documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labor and Technology of 23 December 2020 on subjective means of proof and other documents or statements that the contracting authority may request from the contractor (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2415).
