The city of Pinneberg is planning a separate extension to the existing school building for the Rübekamp primary school in Pinneberg. To implement the new building, existing residential buildings, which are in the hands of the city of Pinneberg, will be dismantled.

The new building will be built as a separate 2-storey building without a cellar on Schauenburgerstraße with an internal patio (inner courtyard) in solid construction. The outer walls are given a multi-layer wall structure with a clinker shell and continuous honrizontal pilaster tape.

The sustainable building planning was based on the motto "School has a role model function". which is why sustainable materials are also used and the intended flat roof is greened.

The federal government's guidelines for sustainable building must be observed.

The service includes the production of the necessary stair railings as well as fall protection, which are to be made of flat steel. Stair railings are additionally equipped with a wooden handrail. Furthermore, the necessary parking angles in the open platform areas must be designed for the subsequent screed trade. In addition, a steel structure for the on-site ventilation unit must be erected at the expense of the ventilation engineer and handed over to the roofer for installation. The exact design can be found in the description of the specifications.

The generally accepted rules of technology applicable at the time of the performance of the Contractor's services, including the general technical regulations for construction services applicable to the Contractor's services in accordance with VOB Part C, DIN standards and the latest version of the technical regulations. This also includes the applicable or supplementary DIN standards referred to in the DIN standards.

The tender is carried out by the Central Procurement Office of the District of Pinneberg on behalf of the City of Pinneberg, represented by the KSP. The latter becomes a contractual partner.
