The purpose of this consultation is to supply and install kitchen equipment for the Richard Wallace family home in Puteaux. Without exhaustiveness, this work consists of: Execution studies; the installation of kitchen equipment; training of personnel in the use and maintenance of equipment provided; 1 year minimum warranty parts and labor for the equipment provided; the supply of executed works files and regulatory administrative files. This consultation is an adapted procedure under the 27 and 34 1 o (b) Decree No o 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement. The market is treated at a fixed price. The contract is concluded from the date of notification until the expiry of the equipment warranty. The guarantee runs from the decision of admission of benefits. The deadline for delivery and installation of equipment is two (2) months maximum from the notification of the market.
